Camiano Patisserie & Brasserie

Camiano Patisserie & Brasserie was founded by a pastry chef from Ajmer's long-established Mamta Misthan family, who developed an interest in baking at a young age and later trained in French patisserie at the Academy of Pastry Arts, Bengaluru.

The café brings together European café culture with modern pastry craftsmanship, offering handcrafted pastries, artisanal breads, an all-day breakfast menu, and Continental dining under one roof.

Rather than operating as a traditional bakery, Camiano was created as a full patisserie and brasserie where classic baking techniques are combined with contemporary presentation and quality ingredients.

Today, it has become one of Jaipur's recognized destinations for European-style desserts, viennoiserie, and café dining, with its pastry program remaining central to its identity.
