Founded in 2022 by Sankalp Jain, Ronak Maheshwari, Ujjwal Gupta, and Chef Ayush Khandelwal, Carbon Craft Coffee Bar was created to elevate Jaipur's specialty coffee culture. Driven by a passion for manual brews and experimental mixology, this pure vegetarian destination provides a unique, community-focused alternative to traditional nightlife formats. The founders, who also spearheaded celebrated local venues like Paro and Opera, have successfully grown the Carbon brand into three distinctive locations across the city. Beyond its signature dark, minimalist aesthetic and exceptional cold brews, the café is known for bringing people together through innovative social gatherings like the "Kitchen Rave." Validating its profound impact on the national culinary landscape, Carbon was officially recognized as the Best Café at the 2025 Travel + Leisure Delicious Dining Awards.
