Located on the fourth floor of the ZO Selections property, Amano merges Jaipur's royal architectural heritage with a contemporary rooftop lounge experience. The venue is defined by its dual identity, operating as a relaxed daytime dining space that seamlessly transitions into a high-energy cocktail room at sunset. The culinary direction is helmed by Head Chef Rana, who draws on experience from over 12 countries to curate an expansive international menu spanning Indian, Italian, Mexican, Thai, and seafood.
