Taffeta Coffee was established with a clear vision to elevate Jaipur's specialty coffee landscape by introducing North India’s first Modbar brewing system. By moving the bulky espresso machinery below the counter, the café intentionally designed its workflow to remove barriers, encouraging direct, interactive conversations between the barista and the customer. This dedication to transparent coffee craftsmanship is further supported by an in-house roastery that carefully sources and roasts its own premium beans.
