Born from the founders' shared belief that Jaipur lacked a genuine "in-between" environment, Mirove Artisanal Kitchen was established to provide a space quieter than a high-energy lounge but less formal than a traditional restaurant. The venue was conceived as a modern tribute to the city, bypassing literal heritage motifs in favor of translating Jaipur’s structural language into a contemporary setting through Jantar Mantar-inspired architecture and custom artisanal elements.
