Oven The Bakery was established in Jaipur in 2014 by Mayank Gopalia, an MBA gold medallist whose passion for the culinary arts began while cooking alongside his father. After studying European cake-making and breakfast preparations, he developed a unique vision to bridge Western baking techniques with traditional Indian flavor profiles.

The brand cemented its identity in 2016 following the launch of its signature Thandai cake, which was perfected after extensive trials with an expert chef. This breakthrough paved the way for a celebrated menu of 100% eggless fusion desserts—including Rasmalai, Gulkand, and Ghevar cakes—ultimately transforming the establishment into a full-scale vegetarian café that has since expanded operations from its original Jaipur roots into Gujarat.
