Bonkey's

Founded in 2021 by Shikhar and Apoorv Rastogi, Bonkey’s initially began as a small, exclusive pizza kitchen operating out of a local apartment in Civil Lines. Driven by a simple desire to keep things local and focus purely on the food, the founders built a loyal following for their authentic Neapolitan and Roman-style wood-fired pizzas. Thanks to overwhelming local support, the grassroots project eventually evolved from a hidden kitchen into an aesthetic dine-in space on Sahakar Marg. Today, Bonkey’s remains true to its artisanal roots while standing as a vibrant community staple, recognized for bringing uncompromising Italian craftsmanship to Jaipur's late-night dining scene.
