1932 Trevi

Set within the heritage grounds of Jaipur's Santha Bagh, 1932 Trevi was envisioned by founder Namokar Jain as a legacy destination where Italian architecture meets Indian regality.

Designed by Shantanu Garg, the space is built around the narrative of a Maharaja’s 1932 travels to Italy, bringing Roman design elements—including a central wishing fountain—into a Rajasthani courtyard.

The restaurant's culinary philosophy operates on a deliberate 70/30 balance, dedicating the majority of its menu to classic Italian traditions while reserving space for experimental Indo-Italian innovations.

By combining this structured menu with a gemstone-inspired mixology program and a formal dining atmosphere, the venue intentionally distances itself from standard, fleeting nightlife trends.
