Founded in 2022 by Sankalp Jain, Ronak Maheshwari, Ujjwal Gupta, and Chef Ayush Khandelwal, Carbon Craft Coffee Bar was established to elevate Jaipur's specialty coffee culture. Driven by a passion for manual brews and experimental mixology, the brand gained a massive following, leading to this expansion in Vaishali Nagar after the overwhelming success of their original C-Scheme and Raja Park outlets.

The founders' bold vision for hospitality is also reflected in their other acclaimed ventures, Paro and Opera, which have similarly shaped the city's modern dining landscape. Carbon’s dedication to quality and community was officially recognized when it won "The Best Cafe" at the inaugural 2025 Jaipur EazyDiner Foodie Awards. Today, it continues to innovate the local scene with unique, alcohol-free community gatherings like the "Kitchen Rave," proving that exceptional coffee is enough to bring people together.
