Founded in 2022 by Sankalp Jain, Ronak Maheshwari, Ujjwal Gupta, and Chef Ayush Khandelwal, Carbon Craft Coffee Bar was established to elevate Jaipur’s specialty coffee culture. Backed by the same hospitality team behind prominent city venues like Paro and Opera, the brand is driven by a deep passion for precision manual brews and experimental coffee mixology.

Following the remarkable success of their flagship C-Scheme outlet, this Raja Park location was launched to bring their signature aesthetic and quality to a more relaxed neighborhood setting. Crowned Best Café at the 2025 Travel + Leisure Delicious Dining Awards, it continues the brand's vision of blending quiet, contemporary spaces with innovative beverage craftsmanship.
